Help and advice
The PCRA provides guidance and advice to all resident association members on issues concerned with the Peel Common Estate. The areas of help include the 3 important issues available to all PCRA members:
1. Landlord Issues - The PCRA can advise and help represent a resident in any justifiable situation.
2. Managing Agent Issues - The PCRA have a good working relationship with the current Managing Agent and can provide support and representation to help solve problems or misunderstandings.
3. Appreciation of the legal requirements of the Lease or Freehold covenant is often difficult. The PCRA has experience in this area and also the ability to seek clarification from other knowledgeable authorities.
