ESTATE ACCOUNTS
In accordance with the Peel Common Estate common lease and freehold covenants, the cost of maintaining the landscaped areas is a shared cost borne by all properties and is payable annually in advance on the 1st November each year.
All 544 properties on the Peel Common Estate must pay this yearly Service Charge and currently the managing agent MLM bills all owners and administrates the spending of the money in accordance with the Lease/Freeholders Covenant requirements and current regulations in the Landlord and Tenant Act.
The Service Charge is paid yearly in advance and held in the Managing Agents ring fenced account for the Peel Common estate.
The current Managing Agent runs a Direct Debit scheme where residents can have the yearly charge taken directly from the bank.
